Site Assessment –
FreelanceSEM will conduct a review of the site including missed opportunities for organic optimization and technical specifications of the sites. This Site Assessment is used to determine how well key sections of the site comply with the various search engine algorithm attributes as well as opportunities for keyword placement, internal navigation, and cross linking. This analysis helps to identify problems that result in poor rankings. Each identified problem will include an explanation of the problem, the impact on rankings, and specific recommendations on how to improve the problem. There are about 50 different factors that we look for when checking the website architecture and general search engine accessibility.
Wireframe Review –
FreelanceSEM will conduct a review of the wireframes including technical specifications of the site associated with search optimization. This Wireframe Review is used to determine how well key sections of the site will comply with the various search engine algorithm attributes. This analysis helps to identify problems that could result in poor search engine effectiveness. Each identified problem will include an explanation of the problem, and recommendations on how to improve the problem.
Keyword Research –
FreelanceSEM will conduct keyword research to determine the best possible keywords to include into the on page factors of targeted URLs for Organic Optimization. This keyword research is also extremely valuable if and when a Paid Placement campaign is set in motion such as Google AdWords. Keyword research uncovers what people are actually searching for when they are trying to find the content on your site. This tells us which words need to be incorporated into the Organic Optimization as detailed below in the third phase. Each campaign is unique as every site has a unique keyword market.
Organic Optimization –
After keyword research is complete and targeted keywords have been identified, FreelanceSEM can make content and coding recommendations that will impact search engine results. These recommendations include a review of and changes to the:

Monthly ongoing adhoc consulting for link development recommendations, ongoing review of site(s), analyzing social media campaigns/efforts, local search optimization as well as on-going analysis and recommendations.
PPC Campaign Optimization –
FreelanceSEM will login to Google AdWords and customize each campaign appropriately with the proper keywords, and recommended bid pricing. For each ad group, FreelanceSEM will create custom ad copy that will focus on high click through rates as well as conversions.
PPC Campaign Management –
For PPC management, there is a three month minimum engagement. After the initial three months we revisit the campaign status to determine the desired course of action. In most cases, after three months, the campaign will move into a maintenance mode at a reduced monthly retainer.
